💯 trust you with my email I just know it’s never worked for me in the past. Maybe an online accountability group check-in would? Also I think the email would work for some people.

I think having a group (aka the Glow Getters) where we collectively do a challenge and interact with each other for that full 30days would be super impactful! And maybe specifically offering that option within the book for people who aren't here, so they are aware and can join our community if they want. And if it goes well, maybe we can do other challenges down the road!

Emails would not work for me. I might open the first one/two and think "I'll get to that". And the rest would remain unopened, a daily reminder of something that I *should* be doing that instead I feel guilty about not getting to. Just thinking back to all the "challenges" that I've signed up for over the years that have been left incomplete and sit around my inboxes as a reminder of my inability to stick with things.

Thanks for your honesty here! What about a daily text reminder?

A text reminder would be way more effective than an email in my opinion. I think a 30-day anything is more successful if you have some kind of accountability partner- so I think you’re on the right track.

Love the idea of a daily or weekday text reminder! That with an email or newsletter containing the weekly prompts might work well. And for accountability, a simple yes/no quiz or maybe responding to the texts with a Y/N could help.

I'm actually in the No camp. Not that I don't trust you with my email, though I feel like I know you well enough to trust you with it. Pretty sure that you have it actually... Anyway! My thought is attrition; people don't hang in there for 30 days. I'd prefer an online companion PDF - self guided timing. But you could still have both, too!

A 30 day challenge in writing (so the emails) is perfect for me. I'm terrible at keeping organized mentally. If I don't have a written schedule, I'm lost. A daily email acts as a written schedule, and would keep me on track.

Thank you! Very helpful - that's what I'm thinking- just a little "Ding!" reminder

I can’t click on the poll, but my vote is, yes. I think a 30 day challenge would be very helpful. My ritual sucks. I haven’t journaled since the night of the election.
