Did you know I have “a coven” (and is that the most ridiculous sentence I’ve ever written? Tbh, probz not). In my coven, I’m working with fifteen high-achieving, thoughtful, kick-ass women to help them leap off their good-enough plateaus and land (safely and joyfully, duh) into lives they f*cking love. We are at the halfway mark of our journey, so I polled them to see what they wanted to work on next. What they wanted to work on did not surprise me at all because I think it’s one of the most difficult tools to add to your self-care belt. I am, of course, talking about self-compassion.

But over the years, I’ve learned it’s not as hard to bring into your life as it might seem at first blush. But! And this is a huge 🍑 sized buttttt, you have to build and flex that self-compassion muscle.

So, this week, inspired by my coven, I present to you…
