Hi friends,

Thank you for all the love and support you sent me and one another yesterday. I am always floored by your generosity of spirit and kindheartedness. This is such a beautiful, warm, and empathetic community - I feel lucky to be a part of it with you. I am very aware of world events and am vocal about them on my Instagram (and in real life where I often speak on these topics) but I’m hoping the newsletter can be a tiny escape or moment of rest for you.

Which is why I wanted to share something I just learned about. A few weeks ago, my dear friend

Dr. Jennifer Freed

invited me to teach a workshop for her “Jupiter Group.” What’s a Jupiter Group I immediately wondered. But I didn’t have too much time to think about it because Jennifer is the kind of friend who if she asks you to do something – you just do it because you know it’s going to be joyful.

The Jupiter Group turned out to be a group of 15ish women who had been on a year-long journey of self-discovery, healing, and collective support. It was a diverse group except for one thing: every single woman had done enough work to know she deserved a better life and was willing to implement the changes needed to claim that life for herself. Some of the women had been in the group for 2 years and even the new folks seemed to be a part of a chosen family. And that’s when it hit me – I want this.

I want to create a magical, curated, coven if you will, of women ready to leap off their good enough plateaus and claim their dream lives. I’d offer 1:1 coaching (which I won’t do anywhere else), group sessions, and bring in world-renowned experts to answer our most burning questions about how to lead a life we love. I have access to SO many resources and I want to share them with you! (And fellas, I love you and will think of something different we can do together!)

I found out the name of this kind of experience is “a mastermind.” It’s a high-touch, premium experience that would last at least six months. Mine, I was thinking, would be called, “Calling In Future You,” and together we would unlock our hearts, heal our pasts, learn our true desires, and go after them with the backing of a whole community. It would be a transformative experience. AND we can do all of this without blowing up our current lives.

If I made this group, would you be interested in it? I’m really just exploring it so your feedback would be crucial! It will be a multiple four-figure experience because it truly is high-touch and somewhat of a full-time job for me (ex: you would meet with me every month and I would track your progress and hold your hand the entire time). I’m holding every single one of you in my heart today. I pray we find empathy for one another, are shown mercy when we most need it, and that we find a reason to smile even when the world seems very dark. Because somewhere out there, there is light. I promise.
