Hi Tara!

Thank you for bringing attention to this topic! I have been trying the emotion wheel and I find that just naming the emotion usually makes me feel at least 5-10% better and more grounded.

I like the Ava Van Mujen version and the accompanying needs chart that gives specific self-care actions to support each emotion. https://www.avanmuijen.com/watercolor-emotion-wheel

There’s an app called “How We Feel” that is fantastic for trying to name your emotions!!
