But First, A Little News…Did you know I have a Coven? 🧙
✨ Ever wondered what it’d be like to get my advice, support, or have me coach you through your biggest heartbreaks and wildest dreams? ✨
Well… I’ve been keeping this on the DL, but starting last January, I’ve been running an exclusive coaching program for high-achieving women. 💪👑
It’s a six-month transformational journey designed to elevate your personal development, unlock your sense of purpose, and bring more joy into your life. 🎉💖
It’s called The Coven, and let me tell you – the first round was such a success that 80% of participants re-enrolled for another six months! 🙌✨ That’s how powerful this experience has been.
If you’re feeling intrigued (👀) and want to learn more or be the first to apply (it’s not open for enrollment yet!) just fill out this 3 question form to get on my VIP waitlist.
Spots are SUPER limited since most of the incredible Covenettes are sticking around. So, if you’re even thinking about it – I highly recommend signing up to be the first to know! 💫🔮
And now, onto this week’s newsletter…
THANK YOU for the support of the first episode of T Time, my advice podcast thing that I’m experimenting with! If there’s one benefit of me having been there and yes, crying through that, it’s that hopefully I can save you a little bit of time on your own journey to live a life more authentic to you.
I’m excited to release the SECOND episode of what we are now calling “Ask T Anything,” where I’ll be addressing new questions from readers…
Stuck in a chaotic, low-paying job and can’t start job hunting just yet?
Strategies include reframing your relationship with your job, divorcing yourself from your job being your main identity, choosing laughter over tears, and stealing back your time.
Need help navigating a demanding friendship that leaves you feeling overwhelmed?
We dive into how this writer’s friend is blaming their ADHD for how they’re acting in the relationship. I share how I had a friend that helped me navigate much of my 20s before things shifted to it being a dramatic, long tale of all of her tragedies. I didn’t set boundaries - learn from my mistakes!
Having self-doubt when writing a book or tackling a big creative project?
News flash: it IS really overwhelming. It’s difficult! It’s not a problem that it’s overwhelming and difficult - typically, that means you’re doing something right. Understand what your role is as a writer, and KEEP GOING.
Watch or listen to this episode of Ask T Anything. AND! Please let me know what you think of my advice! Does any of it resonate with you? To ask me a question, please email me (just reply to this) bonus points if you send me a voice memo and really explain what’s up!
T$ Stamp of Approval/Hope Scroll:
Keala Settle singing “This Is Me” during a script read through/movie meeting…. Try not to get goosebumps. I dare you.
Jack Robbins, the son of Susan Saradon and Tim Robbins, has embraced nepo baby culture through a video series — with help from his parents.
Check out one of his hilarious videos (I still hate nepo babies tho).
Glow Getter of The Week:
Every week I feature one member of “The Glow Getters” my paid, “inner-circle” community. Think of it as my tree house! Readers get journal prompts, giveaways, virtual meet-ups with me, and much more!
Let’s meet our Glow Getter, Jen.
“I am fairly new to Substack but really enjoying the direct content, esp. for Glow Getters. My wife and I joined you for your Chicago workshop a few weeks ago and that is when I got us signed up for your newsletter. I am excited for the Glow Getter's September journaling challenge and the supportability of our groups. I have always struggled with journaling and finally feel as though I can do this and with the support will actually stick with this. I also love your journal prompts, tips, and tricks! Thank you for inspiring so many awesome women and for bringing this community together. We need more connections and spaces to share kindness and compassion. Thank you!
Here is a photo of me on my 41 birthday back in July with my girl Ruby. She's a gem! My journaling setup is in our sunroom and overlooks our small garden and yard - we call our sunroom the butterfly room, mainly because I wallpapered it with butterfly wallpaper but also because we get to see so many beautiful butterflies, birds, and bees from our sunroom. It's a very peaceful and calming space that we love to have our morning tea, light some incense, play some chill music, and spend time journaling before we start our days.”
Testimonials:
Your wins, trials, tribulations, and thoughts. It’s all welcome here. I would love to hear what resonates with you from this week’s newsletter, and what didn’t!
For example, here is our reader J sharing what he thought of last week’s Solo Travel: Embrace the Adventure newsletter: “LOVE that you elaborated on this topic! I've now been on.... 4? cruises by myself and I find it so freeing (my girlfriend has terrible anxiety that doesn't let her get on a ship; she's always the first to encourage me to go through!) I've found that I'm more attentive to everything around me when I travel solo, and while I love doing life with her, your points hit SO many highlights of traveling alone. Great article!”
Remember our Glow Getter of the Month, Jenny? Here’s what she had to say after receiving her giveaway package: “Tara! Thank you so much for the book, body butter, and lovely note! (Your PS made me laugh out loud, I totally get it) That was so thoughtful and I appreciate it immensely! I had a difficult first half of the year so this really means a lot and it feels like things are moving in a more positive direction ☺️☺️☺️ Thanks again!”
Preview of This Week’s Glow Getters:
Week Two of the September Journal Challenge is HERE! Now that we’ve established our journaling ritual, it’s time to dive deep into who you are and what makes you, you.

Where did Jenny get that hummingbird sweatshirt- omg!! Love it!! ❤️😊
Tara, I always look forward to your video/audio posts! This format feels like such a natural extension of what you’ve been doing. I’m selfishly excited for the potential of a podcast!
