Does your ritual feel safe to you? Is it soothing? Are you doing it in a space where you can be free to be yourself? If not, how can you tweak the ritual?
If you’re feeling really good, what else could you do to make this even more enjoyable?
Are there any rituals you want to tack onto this?
For example, I make my bed with intention, brush my teeth (with less intention), make my coffee as if it were an elixir, then journal. So it’s a whole morning ritual as opposed to the one step of journaling.
