Reminder, on Monday (tomorrow) I’m hosting my very first-ever Substack LIVE! 🎉 I’m going to take you through the basics of journaling. 

How to Access The Live:

• The best way to watch a live video is on a mobile device via the Substack app, so be sure you’ve downloaded it. (Here’s how).

Changes are coming to The Glow Getters

I have been banging my head against a wall trying to innovate the newsletter and our paid community in particular. And…. after like… honestly one year of thinking about it - I think I was struck by inspiration. What if the Glow Getters became almost like a book club for Lilies and Glow? Each week (or maybe two, or month) we would look at one ritual and I would tell you what’s not in the book, where I am now with it, and WE as a COMMUNITY would try it out? You’ll still get journaling prompts/reflection questions but I would be SO excited to take you on a deep dive.
