Hi friends!

I need your help pretty please:

Over here at T$ Industries, I like to check in with what YOU need from me as I craft my offerings (small group coaching circle, workshops, retreats, books, etc). It would be SUCH A HELP if you wouldn’t mind filling out this short survey to help me create exactly what you need! People who fill out the survey always get first dibs on anything I do: coaching, retreats, books, all of it! THANK YOU for taking the time!

Are You Really a Grown-Up?

On Friday, I had the absolute pleasure of talking to author Raffi Grinberg, who literally taught a course on how to be a grown-up. He broke down the different stages of adulthood, the sneaky ways we absorb other people’s expectations, and the fact that most of us spend our lives stuck in the “Socialized Mind” - caring way too much about what other people think. (Oops.)

How I still think of myself…

It got me thinking about all the ways I’ve blindly followed “rules” that were never mine to begin with. The career paths I thought I should take. The way I thought I should show up in relationships. The definitions of success I inherited rather than created. And the moment I realized I could question all of it? That’s when I started building a life that actually felt like mine.

So, let’s journal. Here are some questions to help you figure out which beliefs about adulthood are actually yours (and which ones are ready to be edited out).
